XWA Power & Cable Co., Ltd. is a professional electrical cable and transformer manufacturer founded in 2007, headquartered in the 6th Industrial Park, Xiangcheng, Henan Province, China.
Our 33,000m² facility (50,000m² total building area) houses more than 20 production lines, staffed by 500+ employees including 650 technical and engineering personnel. We manufacture over 1,000 specifications of low voltage cables (0.6/1kV), medium voltage cables (6kV–35kV), high voltage cables (up to 500kV), overhead conductors, and power transformers.
XWA cable manufacturer’s in-house high-voltage laboratory is equipped to test cables up to 500kV. Every metre of cable undergoes 100% electrical testing before shipment — not sampling. ISO 9001 certified since 2007, we supply to 60+ countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

What is XWA Power's annual cable production capacity?
XWA Power operates more than 20 production lines across a 33,000m² manufacturing facility in Xiangcheng, Henan Province, China. Our annual production capacity covers 3000 km of low voltage, medium voltage, and high voltage power cables, as well as overhead conductors (ACSR, ABC, AAC, AAAC) and power transformers.
Our facility is equipped with high-speed XLPE extrusion lines for MV cables, continuous vulcanisation (CV) lines, and advanced stranding machines for overhead conductors. We can fulfil both standard stock orders and large-volume project orders for power utilities, EPC contractors, and infrastructure developers worldwide.

XWA Power Co., Ltd. is a direct cable and transformer manufacturer, not a trading company. All products are designed, engineered, and manufactured entirely in our own factory in Xiangcheng, Henan, China. Buying factory-direct means no middlemen, lower prices, full quality control, and direct access to our engineering team for custom specifications.
Our factory has been in continuous operation since 2007 with ISO 9001 quality management certification. We hold CCC, IEC, and ISO certifications and welcome third-party factory audits from customers or inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, and TÜV.

What quality control process does XWA Power use for cable production?
XWA Power & Cable applies a rigorous 4-stage quality control process to every cable batch produced in our factory.
- First, all incoming raw materials — copper and aluminium conductors, XLPE and PVC compounds — are inspected for dimensional accuracy and material compliance before entering production.
- During production, our engineering team continuously monitors dimensional tolerances and electrical properties at each stage of the extrusion and stranding process.
- Before coiling and drumming, every metre of finished cable undergoes 100% electrical testing — including conductor resistance, insulation resistance, and high-voltage withstand tests — rather than random sampling.
- Finally, each shipment receives a full documentation review covering test reports, country-of-origin certificates, and packaging inspection before dispatch.
Third-party inspection is also welcomed from agencies including SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV), TÜV, and Intertek. Factory audit visits can be arranged upon request.
Can XWA Power & Cable manufacture cables to custom specifications or non-standard lengths?
Yes. XWA Power & Cable has strong custom manufacturing capability. We can produce cables to customer-specified voltage ratings, conductor cross-sections, insulation types (XLPE or PVC), sheath colours, armour types, and drum lengths. We support custom specifications to IEC, BS, AS/NZS, ANSI/NEMA, and other regional standards. Custom
