Longitudinal water blocking and three single-core circuits
Swellable components limit water movement along the cable after moisture enters. They do not repair sheath damage or establish a separate radial moisture barrier. Water-blocked conductors, radial barriers and immersion conditions require their own construction and evidence.
التدوين 3×1×240 describes three individually sheathed single-core cables, each with a 240 mm² conductor. It is not a three-core assembly. Drum allocation, المرابط, cable entries and screen connections follow that distinction.
Applications and Installation Conditions
Utility distribution, transformer-substation connections and industrial feeders are typical fixed-installation contexts. الحماية الميكانيكية, التصميم الحراري, end sealing and aluminium-compatible connections remain part of the cable system. Ordinary PE sheath is not a substitute for a specified flame-retardant or LSZH design.
