N2XS(ف)2والكابل is a screened single-core copper power cable with XLPE insulation, شاشة الأسلاك النحاسية, longitudinal water-blocking components and a PE outer sheath. It is intended for fixed medium-voltage distribution rather than flexible trailing service.

Ampacity basis: one circuit in touching trefoil, screens solidly bonded; air 30°C without direct sun; ground 20°C at 0.7 m depth. Source assumptions include 1.0 K·m/W wet soil and 2.5 K·m/W dry soil, with no additional heat sources. Reference conductor limit: 90درجة مئوية.

In a reference 1×240/25 بناء, 240 mm² belongs to the phase conductor and 25 mm² to the metallic screen. Screen fault-current duty, protection clearing time and accessory connections are separate from continuous conductor ampacity.
ال (ف) construction uses water-blocking components to limit moisture propagation along the cable. N2XS(فلوريدا)2Y adds a laminated metallic barrier beneath the PE sheath for radial moisture protection. A PE sheath alone does not provide the same barrier construction.
Applications and Installation Conditions
Fixed industrial power intake, substation feeders and underground distribution can use this screened construction. Unarmoured cable still needs route-specific mechanical protection. Indoor fire requirements, water exposure and accessory interfaces must match the stated design; the model name alone does not establish submarine suitability.
The test schedule distinguishes conductor resistance, insulation tests and sheath checks from the evidence for the (ف) حاجز الماء.
