APPLICAZIONE
AAAC (Tutto il conduttore in lega di alluminio) sono progettati per la trasmissione affidabile della potenza aerea e la distribuzione in basso & reti elettriche di media tensione, con un eccezionale rapporto resistenza/peso e una resistenza alla corrosione superiore. Sono ampiamente utilizzati in:
- Urban and rural power grid renovation and overhead line expansion projects
- Coastal and high-corrosion industrial area power distribution networks
- Long-span overhead transmission lines for solar & wind farm grid connection
- Rural electrification projects and secondary distribution lines
- Hilly, mountainous and high-tension overhead line installations
These conductors can be installed on overhead transmission towers, utility poles, and long-span structures, with outstanding resistance to atmospheric corrosion, mechanical fatigue, and environmental aging, delivering a longer service life than traditional AAC conductors in harsh operating environments.
COSTRUZIONE
- Conduttore: High-strength heat-treated aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy (Al-Mg-Si 6201-T81), Classe 2 concentric stranded per IEC standards
- Stranding Structure: Concentric lay stranded construction, uniform lay length for consistent mechanical and electrical performance
- Surface Finish: Smooth, oxide-free surface for optimal electrical contact and enhanced corrosion resistance
- Permanent Marking: Continuous length marking, alloy grade, size and standard compliance printed along the conductor length
