    XWA 35kV cable supports direct burial, condotto, tunnel, and overhead installations, with these critical requirements:
    • Minimum bending radius: ≥ 20D (armored) or ≥ 15D (unarmored), where D is the cable outer diameter (stricter than 10kV cables to protect the thicker insulation).
    • Burial depth: 1.0 meters (1.2 meters in traffic areas) to avoid mechanical damage and external stress.
    • Protection layer: Sand cushion (≥ 100mm) and concrete/brick cover must be laid above the cable to prevent crushing.
    • Avoidance: Keep away from chemical corrosion sources, high-temperature pipelines, and sharp objects to extend service life.
